All our equipment is strictly built to conform with health and safety guidelines. We have attendants on site at all times to ensure our site health and safety rules are being adhered to. Any customers not following the site rules will be removed from site. Health and safety is of upmost importance to us, and we want all our players to have as much fun as possible in the best possible environment. We have the right to refuse entry to customers who have any health conditions or injuries that we believe may cause a risk to the customer whilst using the facilities.

There is no parking available on site. However we are located near a number of different car parks including NCP Car Park and Portland Street Car Park

We recommend for all customers to book online. You can book by telephone or turn up on the day, however we cannot guarantee availability.

As we operate at a strict capacity we advise for all customer to book online to guarantee a slot. You can turn up on the day if you like, but we cannot guarantee availability and there may be delays.

Trainers must be worn when using the Laser Tag facilities. Sliders, flip-flops and heels are not permitted.

Our action packed Laser Tag games are 20 minutes long (15 minute game and a 5 minute safety briefing).

Children must be age 6+ to take part in Laser Tag games.

Yes but we do not accept responsibility of your children once you leave the doors. We do not recommend leaving children under 12 years.

Unfortunately our location is only accessible via stairs.

We kindly ask if you do not bring your own as we have food and drinks available on site.

We recommend arriving 10 min prior to booked time to check in.

No, unless at the manager's discretion.

No, you can if you want to, you will enjoy it! As long as you are watching your children under 12 there is no need to book in with them.

If you are not participating you do not have to pay.
